Terms of Service

• DEX PULSE is read-only. We display your data - we never place trades, move funds, or take custody of anything.
• The data is for information only and may be wrong or delayed. Your trading decisions are your own.
• You are responsible for your own wallet, your exchange API keys, and your account security.
• We provide the service "as is" and cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free.

DEX PULSE lets you connect a wallet and read-only exchange API keys to view your positions, PnL, funding, fees, and portfolio history across multiple perpetual DEXes in one place, along with points-farming tracking and calculators. It is a viewing and analytics layer on top of exchanges you already use - it does not execute trades or hold funds.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use perpetual DEXes and this kind of tool in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. If using DEX PULSE would be unlawful where you are, do not use it.

• Your keys. Use read-only API keys wherever possible - keys that cannot trade or withdraw. You are responsible for what permissions your keys carry and for revoking them on the exchange.
• Your wallet. You are responsible for your wallet and its security. Never share your private keys or seed phrase - DEX PULSE will never ask for them.
• Your decisions. Any action you take based on what you see in DEX PULSE is your own decision and your own risk.
• Lawful use. Do not use DEX PULSE to break the law, infringe others rights, or attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.

DEX PULSE reads data from third-party exchanges and on-chain sources and presents it to you. We do our best to show it accurately, but:

• The data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, including balances, positions, PnL, funding, and prices.
• Exchange APIs can fail, rate-limit, or return incorrect data outside our control.
• Nothing shown should be treated as a definitive record. Your exchange is the source of truth - always verify there before acting.

You agree that we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on data shown in DEX PULSE.

DEX PULSE does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the product is a recommendation to make any trade or financial decision. Perpetual trading carries significant risk, including the risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

We provide DEX PULSE "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may also limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe it is being misused or used unlawfully.

DEX PULSE relies on and connects to third parties - the exchanges you link, your wallet connection infrastructure, and our hosting and database providers. We are not responsible for those third parties, their availability, their data, or their terms. Your use of an exchange is governed by that exchange own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEX PULSE and anyone associated with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or from reliance on any data it shows. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here. Continuing to use DEX PULSE after changes means you accept the updated terms.
